Acquiring a wine cabinet is a long and complex process, therefore we try our best to always have inventory and to ship as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your cabinet sooner.
Our standard delivery terms are as follows:
- Fast delivery: 1 to 5 business days within the continental U.S.
- 2 to 6 days when shipping to Canada.
- Customers are contacted by an operator to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Cabinet is delivered to your room of choice.
- A tracking number is provided at the time of ordering.
What should you do when you receive your cabinet?
- Measure the area where your cabinet will be located and ensure there is enough clearance on all sides.
- Inspect the box for any scuffs or damage during transport.
- Inspect the cabinet for any damages. (Transport damages must be reported to French Corner Cellars within 24 hours of the delivery).
- Place the unit right-side-up for 24 hours if the cabinet was laying on its side.
- Power the unit.
