One of The French Corner's favorite imports, Copenhagen Sparkling Tea, has an article in the NYT written by Florence Fabricant.
The article goes over Florences take on the flavor profiles of CST's no/low alcohol offerings Blå (Blue), Lyserød (Pink), Grøn (Green), and Rød (Red) sparkling tea.
The teas, crafted by Master Sommelier Jacob Kocemba, have been in production for just five years, and have already taken the beverage world by storm, having been voted best No-Low in the world!
